What is Took Me Back?
A cinematic catalogue of curated memory scenes with soundtracks. Each entry is a place, era, or situation — not a generic playlist feed.
How does listening work?
Open a memory and play in the browser. Tracks point at real YouTube (and sometimes Spotify) links. If a soundtrack is still being assembled, we say so instead of inventing IDs.
What is In your pocket?
Create an account to keep memories you want to return to. Kept memories live on your account page — private to you.
Can I suggest a memory?
Yes. Use Suggest a memory in the footer. Free text is fine — a place, a year, a song, a feeling. We read suggestions about once a day.
Why does a memory say the soundtrack is being assembled?
Honesty over completeness. Some scenes are ready to play; others are still being curated. You can still read the memory and check back later.
